The ideal candidate for this position would be searching for a collaborative atmosphere, would have an interest in teaching and learning, is an excellent communicator and would want a chance to help build our premier veterinary specialty hospital in the Pacific Northwest. BluePearl is seeking a full-time referral coordinator for our cardiology and internal medicine services at our Seattle hospital. The referral coordinator will be responsible for scheduling, confirming, and following up on appointments for our speicalty teams. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be a proficient multi-tasker and have great written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in the veterinary industry or comparative experience in human medicine in client services serving cardiology and/or internal medicine perferred.
